All goods ordered & paid are final.


But if we did make a mistake and sent you a wrong item:

We have a 30-day return policy. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at via whatsapp at +60126075161. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Send us a picture of the damaged goods via whatsapp.

After sales is only valid for 30 days after your parcel is successfully delivered.

*Note: Damaged outer box does not count as damaged goods. Only if the lenses are torn or the outer box is wet because the blister pack/bottle has broken. Customers are required to cut the lenses into half to be eligible for an exchange. Lens Design must be visible.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges due to change of mind. Only when we (klensmy) have made a mistake (eg. sent customer the wrong design/power/lens)

To be eligible for exchange, customer is required to return the product in its original, unworn and unopened packaging.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will refund via a store credit.
